Statements are shared twice a month with those reports including things like income statements, delinquency reports, rent rolls, etc.

Checked, supported, and verified financials, every single day. Items include but not limited to bank reconciliations, tenant liabilities, and property balances. We do the bookkeeping for you so at the end of the year you can hand documentation to your CPA for further review. We maintain the state’s guidelines to ensure that no funds are commingled, maintenance reserves, and rents are properly accounted for while ensuring security deposits are kept in their own account.
